We are seeking a Tech Recruiter to help us find top A-talent for our Engineering, Data, and IT teams at QIC. In this role, you’ll work closely with various departments to enhance our recruitment strategy and ensure we attract the best talent in the industry. You’ll be part of a dynamic Talent Team that includes recruiters, talent business partners, and HR professionals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and IT teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.
- Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to build a network of potential candidates.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to inform decision-making.
- Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiter in the IT sector, focusing on technical roles.
- Experience working in a product-driven company with a strong corporate culture.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems like Huntflow or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and networking strategies on LinkedIn.
- Fluent in English (B2-C1) for effective communication with candidates and team members.
