Senior Flutter Developer

We are looking for an Senior Flutter Developer to join our department.

Our BizDev department at QIC is developing the best ecosystem for residents in the MENA region. Our team consists of over 100 talented employees, and we work remotely from 18 different countries. Now we are currently looking for Flutter developers to join the FinTech team focused on creating a neobank.

Our employees have been featured in Forbes 30 under 30, teach at online universities, serve on program committees of major IT conferences, and have previously worked at Yandex, Tinkoff, Avito, Ozon, and other leading tech companies. Currently we have started to work on several new Fintech products in collaboration with the biggest financial institutes in Qatar, and, therefore, expanding our team of mobile developers.

Responsibilities

• Developing a cross-platform fintech application using Flutter
• New product technical requirements research and analysis
• Code review and Back-End integration participation
• Work in tight collaboration with QA, Analytics, and UX design teams
• AppStore and Google Play releases

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Fintech experience would be a plus

• Long-term service agreement contract with QIC
• We are diverse — our digital nomads work remotely from 18 different countries
• Payment in US dollars monthly to your bank account using SWIFT
• Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday
• Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 28 days of vacation, and 10 sick-day-offs
• Performance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raise in March and September
• Potential opportunity to apply for a Qatar ID and relocation to Doha, Qatar
