• Manage and maintain the Linux-based infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Administer and support Kubernetes clusters, handling tasks such as deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Jaeger).
• Set up alerts and dashboards to monitor system health, performance metrics, and identify issues proactively.
• Ensure logs and metrics are structured for effective troubleshooting and auditing.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployments to ensure consistency and reduce manual errors.
• Manage and optimize clustered systems, ensuring fault tolerance, load balancing, and redundancy for critical services.
• Troubleshoot issues in clustered environments, ensuring minimal downtime and quick recovery.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize cluster resource allocation and cost efficiency.
• Understand and manage network configurations for infrastructure, including routing, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, and load balancers.

• Strong experience in managing Linux-based systems in production environments.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes (K8s) administration, including setting up clusters, managing deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), logging systems (e.g., ELK Stack), and distributed tracing tools (e.g., Jaeger).
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm, or similar.
• Strong automation skills using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and Git for version control.
• Strong understanding of security best practices for Linux systems, Kubernetes clusters, and containerized applications.
• Knowledge of network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Experience configuring network policies in cloud and on-premise environments, especially in relation to Kubernetes and containerized applications.
• Experience managing clustered environments with high availability, redundancy, and fault tolerance.
• Familiarity with distributed systems concepts and load balancing strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across networking, security, and cluster systems.
• Ability to identify root causes of issues and provide long-term solutions.

• Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3 timezone
• Long-term service agreement contract with QIC with 3 months probation period
