We are hiring: Revenue stream owner, who plays a crucial role in developing and implementing growth strategies aimed at increasing user base, enhancing conversion rates, and maximizing revenue in all insurance & non-insurance streams

Reporting to: Head of Product Development

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Monetization strategy development and product optimization: lead the development of monetization strategies and continuously optimize travel insurance products to maximize revenue.
• Sales management and partnership development: forge strategic partnerships with key players in the travel industry, utilizing network and expertise to drive sales and create compelling joint offerings from Qatar Airways, AirArabia, Emirates, etc
• Collaboration with marketing: work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine marketing strategies, ensuring effective promotion of our products to the target QIC clients
• Revenue analysis: conduct thorough analysis of revenue data, identify trends, and forecast future revenue streams, drawing on your deep understanding of the travel market to inform strategic decision-making
• Team Leadership: manage the development backlog and lead cross-functional teams o deliver high-quality travel insurance products on schedule. The current development team consists of ten people: pm, backend, frontend, QA, system analyst, product analyst and other.

• Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday

• Performance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raise in March and September
• Probation period – 3 months
• Potential opportunity to apply for a Qatar ID and relocation to Doha, Qatar
