We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Middle Product Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in analyzing product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product success. If you have a passion for uncovering insights from data and translating them into actionable product recommendations, this role is for you

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze product usage data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop data-driven recommendations for feature enhancements, optimizations, and new product opportunities.
  4. Design and execute A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and inform optimization efforts.
  5. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate product performance and insights to stakeholders.
  6. Proactively investigate and resolve data discrepancies and ensure data quality.
  7. Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  8. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product analytics.

Requirements

Requirements

  1. 2-4 years of experience in product analytics, preferably in a similar industry.
  2. Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BigQuery) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI and Looker).
  3. Proficiency in mark-up process.
  4. English - B2 minimum
  5. High skills in SQL-scripting
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights from large datasets.
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes is a plus.

  • Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday

  • Performance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raise in March and September
  • Probation period – 3 months
