We are currently seeking an Internal Communications Manager who will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement and fostering a strong, collaborative company culture. This role is critical in helping us achieve our ambitious business goals while ensuring our people feel supported, informed, and empowered.
Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination and support of authors from technical, product, and marketing teams.
- Increasing the volume of produced DevRel content while ensuring high-quality materials.
- Development of formats for publications in Telegram channels, LinkedIn, VC, Medium, and other external and internal communication channels.
- Implementation of promotion strategies through cross-promotion, partnerships, seeding, advertising, integrations, and other methods.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of applied strategies and their optimization to achieve the best results.
- Initiation of new ideas and approaches for promoting content.
- Development and implementation of motivational programs for employees.
- Participation in the development of merchandise related to DevRel activities.
- Assistance in organizing meetups.
- Testing and researching new communication channels, such as podcasts, to expand reach and engage the audience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in Internal Communications
- English level B2 - C1 for barrier-free communication

- Long-term service agreement contract with QIC;
