Responsibilities

Now we are looking for Partner who will join us to make people happier and help business reach all our ambitious goals. You'll need to assist the marketing, sales, web development and business insurance teams with HR issues and help resolve employee and teams growth issues.

In our Talent Team work seven people: recruiters, talent business partners, c&b manager, hr brand manager and coordinator. Build your career with international insurtech company!

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience of 2 years or more in IT in an HR manager or talent management position;
  • Experience working in companies with a strong corporate culture, preferably remote-first digital teams and with English speaking employees;
  • English level B2 - C1 for barrier-free communication with other departments.


Will be a plus:

  • Successful cases in organizational design while growing from corporation to ecosystem;
  • Experience with tools such as HiBob, Huntflow, Slack, Notion, ClickUp;
  • Understanding of best practices in talent management and willingness to apply them;
  • Willingness to work GMT+3 and Qatar work week schedule: Sunday - Thursday.

Conditions

Terms:

  • Long-term service agreement contract with QIC
  • We are diverse — our digital nomads work remotely from 20 different countries
  • Payment in US dollars monthly to your bank account using SWIFT
  • Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday
  • Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 workdays of vacation, 10 sick-day-offs, marriage leave and compassionate leave
  • Performance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raise grade in March and September
