We are building a #1 Super App in Qatar and looking for a Head of Product Design. This role requires rich expertise in building complex mobile and web-based products and ecosystems. We are searching for a person with significant achievements and sharp vision of how a modern digital product should look like to accommodate both business and market needs.

• Build and improve a complex multiplatform InsurTech application
• Create a unified product vision among team members
• Manage multiple product design teams
• Manage the visual component of products with the Product Designer Lead
• Develop team competencies and participate in the hiring of new employees

• 5+ years of experience in a product design role
• Experience in managing a team of designers
• Proficiency in supervising the product identity and collaborating with the product teams
• Portfolio or Behance profile link in the resume

• Long-term service agreement contract with QIC with 3 months probation period
• We are diverse — our digital nomads work remotely from 20+ different countries
• Payment in US dollars monthly to your bank account using SWIFT
• Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3 timezone
• Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 28 days of vacation, and 10 sick-day-offs
• Performance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raise in March and September
• Potential opportunity to apply for a Qatar ID and relocation to Doha, Qatar
