Responsibilities

We are looking for a Content Creator/Creative Producer to join our Content team. We expect you to consult on live creative briefs and take on your own — creating unique engaging content, closely collaborating with the Design team, social media, digital marketing, influencers, and partnership channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Produce, create, edit and deliver social-first dynamic content (as part of campaigns or always-on content) across a wide variety of social channels and formats — TikTok, Snapchat, X, Instagram, Facebook YouTube and other ad platforms
  • Work with video content turnkey: from idea to launch, on all major advertising channels (performance and organic) and various tasks at all stages of the funnel
  • Ideate and produce quick turnaround content (shooting it yourselves or producing with external talents). Create some content from our office, events, providing photos and videos to the Social Media Manager
  • Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest social trends and techniques
  • Edit video-materials with the help of the Design team when necessary
  • Scout talents for complex creative materials producing. Work with contractors, suppliers and freelancers as authorised to support the role

Requirements

  • Proven experience in producing and creating social content; ability to showcase examples of content creation for brands
  • Experience in video production, including filming and editing
  • Solid experience and understanding of social channels (e.g. Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat) and the role of different video content in organic (educational, useful, brand-focused, etc.)
  • Organisational and time management skills; understanding of cost-effectiveness, ability to work with different formats: both low-budget and complex
  • People relationship skills that will enable to build relationships working closely and collaboratively with all parts of the team and external sources
  • Advanced English; knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage

Conditions

  • Long-term employment with QIC with 3 months probation period
  • We are diverse — our employees work both remotely and onsite; this particular position will require you to either work from Doha, or be ready for regular business trips to Doha
  • Full-time hybrid work schedule, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3
  • Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 workdays of vacation, and 10 sick-day-offs
  • Performance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raise in March and September
